Serving the local community for over 30 years, Maidstone Health Club has out lived everything that has come since. Originally located at 6 Rosamond Rd, Maidstone VIC, Maidstone Health Club relocated to it's new location at 2/244 Ballarat Braybrook 5 years ago.
The facility is over 1000sqm and is divided into several different sections, Cardio, Plate Loaded Machines, Pin Loaded Machines, Free Weights, Ladies "ONLY" Section and a 200+sqm aerobics room. We also have shower and change room facilities as well as lockers.
Since February 2012 Maidstone Health Club has been open 7 Days a week from 5am - 10pm, providing for the busy individuals of todays fast paste world.
